Your macros and calories will be calculated for you and put into a specifically tailored plan. Your diet plan will be adjusted as we measure and track your progress week by week. We will work around your lifestyle and schedule to make sure meal timing is convenient and effective. Follow the plan, and the results will follow.
You will have the option of two weekly check-ins with myself to ensure we are on the right track. I will get you to fill out a weekly check-in form which will give me an insight into how your week has gone. I will then make changes to the information you provide on the check-in form. This is key as this will ensure we are progressing every week and will help you stay on track and be accountable. You will also be able to contact me throughout the week via Email/WhatsApp if you have any questions or concerns.
Everyone is different, we all have different biomechanics, strengths, weaknesses and preferences. I will factor in your individual needs to create a unique programme to ensure you reap the most out of your training and take it to the next level!
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
I will request videos demonstrating specific exercises so I can check your technique and exercise intensity. This will give me the opportunity to give feedback on the form and to give advice on how to get the most out of your training. Once you see results it becomes an addiction!
