As a NASM certified personal trainer with a high level of experience, I will be able to support and guide you to get you in the best shape possible! With the benefit of face-to-face training, it will allow me to be with you every step of the way to ensure we are ticking every box. Initially, all clients undergo a consultation period, this can be done via phone or face to face. This will help me create a specifically tailored programme to suit your needs and goals. My job is to motivate you and push you to your limits to ensure you get the body you want. I will educate you on how to train smart and effectively to reduce the risk of injury whilst maximising results. I am convinced that if I can teach a client how to become confident to train independently whilst providing them with the necessary tools to help them make their own plans in the future, then I have done my job! I strongly believe in the quote ‘Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime’
