1.What if I'm a complete beginner?
No matter your experience, I will cater to your individual needs. My job is to guide you throughout the process to ensure you make progress. You will be able to contact me via WhatsApp and email if you have any questions along the way. My goal is to help you become 100% confident with your training and nutrition.
2.How often will I hear from you?
Throughout the week I am free to message anytime. You have my 24hr support! Any questions, anytime, I am here.
3.How will online coaching help me reach my goals?
By investing in an online coach with a proven track record will help you stay accountable to ensure you progress and stay motivated. My role as a coach is to take control of the stress that comes with planning your training, nutrition and any other barriers that may come along the way.
4.Is it personalised to me?
You will fill out a client information document at the registration process. I will use the information provided in the document to a create specifically tailored plan that is best suited to your needs and goals. In the document, you will have the opportunity to list any nutrition preferences, allergies, injuries etc to ensure you receive a plan you can adhere to. There is no one size that fits all!
